Tea, Wine, & Scotch

Most people who like food and drink also enjoy cooking but being young and of a new computer generation I outsource my food and drink needs.

I'm generally a Tea drinker having at least two cups a day. Normally one is a type of green tea in the morning and at tea time in the afternoon I have a herbal or black tea such as Earl Gray.

A couple of times a week I have wine with dinner and I enjoy Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon the best. I have so much to say about wine I'm not even going to try to write down anymore. If you like wine I recommend you join Free the Grapes.

Sometimes once a month or so I'll have a glass of scotch on the rocks with a slash of water. I perfer single malt scotches from Islay with the deep smoke-peat flavor. I reciently found a special bottle of Caol Ila I've never seen before and I'm really excited to try it soon.
