The Dr. Bessie F. Lawrence International Summer Science Institute (ISSI) is a scientific research program that takes place for about one months every summer in the Youth Activities Section of the Weizmann Institute of Science, Rehovot, Israel. During this time the bightest students from all over the world gather together to preform research at the institute, get to know new cultures and people, and travel around Israel visiting places and understanding the country.
During the summer 1996 program there were many participants. However, over time I'm only aware of an internet presense for three. If you know of others or you are one of the others drop me an e-mail and I'll add you here.
All we have are the photo's I took when I was there (back before digital cameras). The photos are scanned in and almost in order from arrival to departure. If anyone has additional photos let me know by e-mail above.
